Bar ties to a steel fixer, sack ties to a packing line, pig tails on a site in Queensland — same tie, cut to the length, gauge and bundle count on your order.
We have drawn, annealed and looped wire in Dingzhou since 1998. What we sell is repeatability: the thousandth tie behaves like the one you approved.
Pair with our pull-action wire twister hook — one pull per tie, the loop closes square.
What you call it
Rebar side — bar ties (US/CA) · rod ties (US/MEA) · loop ties (UK/AU/NZ) · pig tails (AU/NZ) · Rödeldraht (DE/AT/CH)
Bag side — sack ties (UK/DE/NL) · bag ties (US) · Doppelösendraht (DE) · liens à boucles (FR/BE) · legacci ad anelli (IT) · alambre con bucles (ES/LatAm)
What actually goes wrong
Tangling — loops hooked into each other in the bag; ten minutes lost on the deck.
Oval loops — the hook slips off on the pull, and the tie is scrap.
Uneven anneal — one tie holds, the next lets go.
Not this product: bale ties / Quicklink — baler press wire, a different line.
